Design The EX720 is smaller and lighter than a traditional PC card, and works with newer mobile notebooks that support the ExpressCard 54 and/or 34 interface. The EX720 measures 1.3 by 4.4 by 0.2 inches (W x H x D) and weighs 1.4 ounces. Other details include the latest in I/O interconnect technology, advanced power management, and a service state LED. You will also receive access to Sprint's slower national network when outside the Power Vision coverage area.

The card's flip-up antenna system, meanwhile, offers embedded dual-band diversity at 800 and 1900 MHz. At the same time, the ExpressCard's advanced dual-band diversity antenna system incorporates an external flip antenna, maximizing data speed performance and allowing for stronger network signal reception. Simply install the MobiLink Connection Manager to access the card's vast feature suite. The Merlin EX720 provides high-speed connectivity to EV-DO Revision A networks, with data speeds of up to 3.1 Mbps--greater than many wired broadband data services. The EX720 even offers A-GPS capability, which lets you retrieve location data from GPS satellites and utilize GPS navigation and location-based applications.
