Please note: This is a Centronics 36-Pin connector (CN36), not the Mini Centronics connector found on some older HP printers. The USB interface provides up to 12 Mbps data throughput, so printing is much faster than when a printer is connected to a standard parallel port. Just plug the USB connector of the cable into the USB port of your PC and the other end into the Centronics connector of the parallel printer. Please make sure your printer has the correct port before attempting to attach this cable.
