The pocket is made out of neoprene and stretches so specifying precise dimensions for the pocket size is difficult. It features bound (reinforced) edges for increased durability and a longer life. See model EX2 which increases the maximum waist size by about 10 to 12 inches. For larger waist sizes or to enable less stretch so the belt fits looser, a SW Belt Extender is available. The belt is hand washable and adjusts to fit waist sizes up to a maximum of 38 to 42 inches depending on how tightly the neoprene belt is stretched. Roughly, the pocket fits 4" x 2.5" x 1".
