The AUX input lets you play along with any music from a connected CD or MP3 player. The DTXPLORER is a complete five piece electronic drum set with two cymbals, hi-hat and pedals that is packed with features to make it a great kit for learning and performing. The acoustic drum feel and very low pad noise make it the perfect drum kit for practicing at home. This is Yamaha's BEST SELLING electronic kit! The rack comes pre-assembled, so set up takes only a few minutes. The Click mode provides a professional metronome and the popular Groove Check feature has been upgraded to include Rhythm Gate; two powerful tools to improve a drummers most important skill - time keeping. The internal sounds of the DTXPLORER feature kicks, snares, and toms actually recorded from Yamaha’s famous acoustic drums. When not in use, the rack folds up with the pads attached requiring less space for storage. This gives you the ability to mix and match various sounds to create your own “ultimate” Yamaha drum kit. The DTXPLORER has 22 preset songs to jam along with, either as a full ensemble, or you can solo just the bass part.
