Advanced Program - 57 minutes, warm-up, advanced stepping routines, toning, and cool-down. This workout is filled with lots of exciting new step choreography that is high energy, athletic, and danceable. Three Options: 1. Basic Program - 49 minutes, warm-up, basic stepping routines, toning, and cooldown. Both workouts include a warm-up, three step segments alternating with two segments of functional training, cool-down, and stretch.
