A dirty drivetrain causes poor shifting and unnecessary wear to expensive parts. The Chain Gang contains everything needed to quickly and easily clean the chain, freewheel cogs, and chainrings. The Chain Gang includes a CM-5 Chain Scrubber, a GSC-1 GearClean® Brush, and an 8oz bottle of CB-2 Citrus Chain Brite. The CG-2 works on all derailleur bikes and many 3-speed and coaster brake bikes.

The Park Tool CG-2 Chain Gang Chain Cleaning System allows you to easily keep your bicycle's derailleur and chain in the best possible working order. As bikes travel roads and trails, chains and chain lubricants attract dirt and grit that cause poor shifting and unnecessary wear to expensive parts. Dirt and grit on the chain eventually wear down the chain rivets, inner plates, and rear cogs. The Chain Gang System contains everything you need to quickly and easily clean the chain, freewheel cogs, and chainrings. Park Tool ChainBrite solvents break down the grit, making it smaller and easier to flush away with the CM-5 Chain Scrubber and GSC-1 GearClean Brush. The system weighs 1.3 pounds.
