This set includes BOTH of the necessary adapters for GM vehicles - one to convert the mini plug of your car to a motorola jack, so it will work with the FM Modulator, and a second plug to attach to the output of the FM Modulator, converting it back to a mini-jack, which is necessary to plug it back into your car radio GET IT ALL IN ONE PLACE! Most Sirius Plug-N-Play users experience static when using their satellite radio in their cars. The enclosed FM Modulator is a must which notably improves performance. Unfortunately, most new vehicles don't have standard "motorola" plugs on their antenna anymore, so antenna adapters are necessary.
